We offer consultancy services conducting project feasibility, identify project risks and propose mitigation actions to manage identified risks.

We increase likelihood for success by carefully studying the various specific geographic regions and engaging with local experts.

Resource Mobilization

We reach out to global partners to advocate for the project and to mobilize resources and funding enabling the successful execution of the project with local partners.

We facilitate drug supply/medicines delivery to local hospitals and pharmacies.

Governance

We establish the project consortium involving both local and global partners to jointly manage collaboratively the project and manage uncertainties.
We set up a Vendor Oversight Plan to manage relationships and deliver within the partnership.

Oversight

We keep the project oversight with the focus on project productivity, delivery and quality resulting in efficiency, strong performance and customer satisfaction.

We implement process optimization and provide training and coaching of study staff to embrace changes and opportunities.

Publishing

We publish results in reputable peer review journals to serve the scientific community and to enable policy makers to implement policies driven by data.
